How to pay your bill
Pre-authorized payment plan
The Pre-authorized payment plan (PAPP) lets you receive your bill by email, and the amount will be debited from your bank account on the scheduled due date.
Program conditions
1. Accuracy of banking information
The customer attests that the information on the authorization form is correct and that he/she will notify Enbridge Énov as soon possible of any changes toi the bank account.
2. Insufficient funds and late fees
If there are not sufficient funds in the account or the amount required to pay the bill cannot be withdrawn, late payment charges will automatically be applied.
3. Termination and payment obligation
The customer may cancel this authorization at no charge at any time. The customer is still required to pay any previous, current or future bills.
